CHUM TOWN

The Governor is on the way to visit the Town.  He is in an extremely unstable mental state and wants to be embraced by his Town members. Unfortunately for him the Town do not actually care about him to the extent they will drop their routines or waste their time to welcome him.

This is where you make your big debut. You have to trick as many Townie as possible into coming to Town Entrance. If you manage to pull this of maybe he will genuinely laugh after a long time of despair.
